What happens at your first appointment
Your first visit is a new patient examination, which takes longer than a routine check-up. Here is what happens, so you know what to expect.

Replacing missing teeth
Dental implants in Helsby
Dental implants are small posts placed in the jawbone to hold replacement teeth. Depending on how many teeth are missing, they can support a crown, a bridge, a denture that clips onto implants, or a fixed set of teeth for one jaw.
It starts with an assessment to see whether implants would work for you. Dr Aiman Sinjab checks your teeth, gums and jawbone, using a 3D scan where it is needed to plan the work. If more bone is needed, he will explain whether bone grafting, which builds the bone up first, is an option.
